President leaves for State Visit to Eritrea

President Yoweri Museveni has left for Asmara on a 2-day State Visit to the State of Eritrea at the invitation of President Issaias Afewerki.

The President was seen off this morning at Entebbe International Airport by the Vice-President, Mr. Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi.

Others at the airport to see him off included the Minister for Security, Mr. Muruli Mukasa, the Head of Public Service, Mr. John Mitala, Chief of the Defence Forces, General Aronda Nyakairima, the Inspector General of Police, Lt. General Kale Kayihura and the Commissioner General of Prisons, Dr. Johnson Byabashaija.
