President Yoweri Museveni has held a meeting with the visiting Rwanda Foreign Affairs Minister, Ms. Louise Mushikiwabo, with whom he discussed bilateral issues between the 2 neighbouring East African Community (EAC) member countries. During the meeting that took place today at State House, Entebbe, the President and the Rwandese Foreign Affairs Minister delved into matters ranging from trade, infrastructure development and education, among others.The Rwandese Foreign Minister is in Uganda to attend a Joint Permanent Commission between Uganda and Rwanda that opened at Kampala Serena Hotel yesterday.

The meeting was attended, among others by Foreign Affairs Minister Mr. Sam Kuteesa, Uganda’s High Commissioner to Kigali, Mr. Kabonero and Rwanda’s High Commissioner to Uganda, Mr. Frank Mugambagye, among others.
